BEcoming Consciously Aware

What are the predominant thoughts that are grabbing your attention of late?
Pay attention to these as if they are NOT yours….do you like what you are hearing?

To create the ‘seen’ we want/actualize manifest our desires, IS to Consciously put our focus/direct our energy primarily on the unseen….our thoughts and feelings, where our true Quintessential Creating Nature IS.

Keep in mind, no thought or feeling for that matter is our own until we CHOOSE to own it.

To create and Manifest the ‘seen’ we desire IS to so DO through SELF, starting with the impetus, then the matching/resonating thought, feeling, BEingness, and finally, ACTion.

Hence why practices such as meditation, yoga, tai chi, and martial arts are so popular. They are all mindFull practices, each promoting/initiating that we are in a state of conscious awareness, ‘in the now’ of our experience.

As the saying goes, ‘practise makes purrrfect’ and there is no other practise that we can purrrrfect as important and life affecting as BEing Consciously Aware/mindFull, and thus making full use of our inherent ability to make conscious decisions as to which thoughts and feelings we are going to allow our self to invest our energy into and thus that which we shall bring into manifest form into our lives.

And the best thing is, even if you have not been practicing at all, you can start any time, anywhere and YES, it will make a HUGE difference in your life.

Some things that can assist you becoming more mindFull/consciously aware and thus purrrfecting your inherent ability to choose which thoughts you want to be focusing on in addition to the aforementioned, meditation, yoga, tai chi, and martial arts include:

~reading materials that specifically assist in these areas, such as our blogs Fulfilled Destiny S3 and Souls Talking Brain,

~watching videos/shows that speak to becoming more consciously aware,

~participating in recreational activities such as hoola hoping, creating conscious art, conscious dancing, community initiatives that motivate being more consciously aware,

~BEcoming more consciously aware of the foods you are eating, reading labels, doing research as you can so do with anything you are choosing to invest your monies within and therefore essentially, cast your ‘vote of support’ for.

~taking classes, participating in playshops, attending lectures that teach conscious living,

~surrounding yourself with people and things that inspire and reMIND you of BEing Consciously Aware,

~as well as taking moments through out your day to BEcome conscious of your breathing, walking, or anything else you happen to be DOing in any given moment.

Indeed, one of the best ways to become conscious is to simply start paying attention to where ever it is you happen to find yourself. This is best assisted when we calm down and relax our over all state of BEingness to ALLLOW our self to actually BEcome conscious of our surrounding, our ACTions and of course, our self.
